How webocaster works live:
Webocaster creates dazzling live presentations that can be viewed over internet/intranet using a browser.
Presentations combine live video with synchronized slides and audience
interactions like email/chat feedback, voting or surveys. Your audience will not have
to travel and spend nights at hotels, to experience your live show, wether it is a
large conference, board meeting or kick off.
Webcasting workflow:

|
|
1. Prepare a show
Just like preparing on stage events you may prepare your live web event with a great design, powerpoint
slides and Q&A sessions. For this purpose you choose the "Design"
page.
This is where you enter information about the event, select presentation layout, add
powerpoint presentations and prepare security measures. If you know what you want, the
whole preparation is a matter of minutes.
|
|
|
2. Preview your show
Before you publish your show you can preview the presentation and introduction page
with full video and slide support. The preview is shown in a separate window, so you
can quickly go back to the Edit page and make adjustments.
Each presentation is preceded with an introduction page where you can let your viewers log in (optional),
choose connection speed and format. Viewers are automatically logged for later reporting.
|
|
|
3.Control your show
This is the page you use to control your live show. From here you select presentation
and control slide changes for it and your changes are transmitted to the viewer
browsers. You can also remote control the viewer browsers to show webpages, information
text and let them interact through voting, surveys and email. You may shut down users
or restart their presentation windows.
|
|
|
4.Archive for on demand use
After the live show is done you can archive the show and make it accessible for on demand viewers. At this point you may adjust slide changes and other components of the show using the Archive page.
