Webocaster supports Linux! March 20, 2002.
Webocaster today released its beta version of Webocaster for Linux/Sun Solaris.
"The new software is a big step forward in our quest to offer the most
compatible software on the market. This is great news for customers who
seek alternatives to the Windows dominated multimedia market. We have
been working hard to be able to offer the most stable environment for
webcasting servers." The software is totally serverbased an runs on Linux or
Sun Solaris with Apache webserver and ASP support from Chilisoft.
